What do you think would be the easiest/fastest way to loose inner thigh fat? I've been told that eating nothing but steamed veges for 2weeks helps you to lose a lot of weight so I might try that but I really want to lose some fat off my inner thighs and I'm not sure how to do it, any ideas? Love your blog btw :)
Well eating steamed veges is good but by doing this you are missing out on a lot of other nutrients that your body needs! I would say running,lunges and squats would be the best way. Thanks !
Hi there! You have a great blog! I calculated your UGW on the bmi calculator and it's 17. Which is considered a healthy weight if you are 15. If you were a bit older, it would be considered underweight. But i'm also 15, 5.44 feet and 100 pounds and i'm also 17 in the bmi. I used to be underweight, but i'm proud that I gained to be a healthy weight range. Good luck on your goals! I'm sure you are inspirational to a lot of bloggers out there!

I'm 160cm tall, 54kg and only 14 I'm not fat or anything I'm just heavy honestly speaking I'd be average at first glance and everyone always mistakes me for like 45kg at most so yeah though people aren't like omg I love your body but they don't hate it anyway I was wondering if you knew how I could lose weight around my lower stomach and defiantly thighs, I do alot of physical activity (ballet,karate,hip-hop, fashion parades ) so really any diet should be fine I think ? thanks alot xxx
Hey well I don’t follow any real diet because that can become very hard and time consuming, I just try to eat healthy in general. You do a lot of exercise already so maybe your body won’t change from what it is, and that’s perfectly fine! You could try doing situps,crunches,lunges, running stuff like that to define your stomach and thighs!

for the anon; you need some carbs in your diet to give you energy, it will not make you gain a lot of weight if you can do some good exercise to work it off, but not too much just a long run or something and also stick to the healthy eating food pyramid cause that will guide you in what to eat (:
